I've been absent from here nearly a year (the last comment I responded to being sometime in August of last year). Personally I never thought this would happen and it was never a conscious decision of any sort - I just started checking in less and less. Although this does not mean that I've given up on photography or stopped taken photos - quite the opposite. But as I sit here, sipping some hot tea, I realized just how much I missed being around dA - I miss the community, my friends, acquaintances, but most of all the art. Art was the reason I got a membership here, and today I realized that I missed the being immersed in this art. I missed seeing all the wonderful works and interacting with all the talented people who spend time on this site.

Given this I would like thank all my new watchers from the past year - I'm sorry that I haven't been here, that I haven't posted any photos, but that is about to change. I've realized just how much I miss this damn site and there will be photos on a much more regular basis.
