Quote of the Day
"After scolding one's cat one looks into its face and is seized by the ugly suspicion that it understood every word. And has filed it for reference."

NEWS
A friend of mine on dA recently (well a coupla months ago....but I'm on vacation time...)encouraged me to try and branch out into portrait and people photography more. This is not to say that I don't do a lot of portraits, those who've seen me around my family and friends know that I'll take a photo of just about anything when the weather turns bad and I run out of books. So I have taken a couple of portraits, but it's still new territory for me and I'm still working it out. Bear with me until I figure it out....I've got a series of four shots I'll be posting over the next couple of days and I would appreciate any and all feedback - don't be shy....I can take it - no way to learn without messing it up first...
Deviant Feature
This time I would like to feature

. I just came across this deviant's gallery recently and was literally shell-shocked by the caliber of the work that he's got especially considering the wide range of types of photography that he's got in it. I am at a loss to explain why these fine works don't have more attention.
nice works
